Is college freedom? Do you have freedom of expression at the university of  tuft? Well to me it really dont the college business what happen in their room. If it not harmful to the person than shouldnt be no worry. Where else would you do the do. If the roommate dont have a problem with it then the university shouldnt have a problem.
